WHAT MATTERS:
- Game of Thrones (3.70) was up a touch in week three and is now on the year-to-year upside for the first three episodes of the season! However, Silicon Valley (0.91) and Veep (0.44) each inched down again and worsened their year-to-year situations.
- USA quietly moved Motive, the former ABC summer crime drama, over to Sunday last week. While its first Sunday airing (0.22) was pretty much in line with the Friday ratings, it "spiked" to a new season high 0.27 this time.
