WHAT MATTERS:

• FINALS UPDATE: The presidential address delay caused Once Upon a Time to adjust down (tying last week's low) and Quantico to adjust up (avoiding a new low). The Simpsons (2.3) adjusted down a whooping 0.7 and Brooklyn Nine-Nine (1.7) by 0.3 after accounting for the delays.

• The broadcast scripted offerings are heavily subject to adjustment due to a 15-minute primetime interruption for a presidential address at 8:00 ET/7:00 CT. This means that the preliminary result for Once Upon a Time (1.4) includes 15 minutes of the address on the East Coast, Blood and Oil (0.9) 15 minutes of Once, and Quantico (1.1) 15 minutes of Blood & Oil. It seems possible this could hurt B&O in the finals and maybe help Quantico, but we'll see.

• And for Fox's delayed The Simpsons (3.0), Brooklyn Nine-Nine (2.0), Family Guy (1.7) and The Last Man on Earth (1.4), it probably means downward adjustments are more likely.

• CBS and NBC were able to air their events on time by shortening 60 Minutes (1.2/1.3) and the NFL pregame show, respectively. CBS averaged 0.8 for a two-hour Frank Sinatra special, while NBC dominated as usual with Sunday Night Football.
