Rating the Ratings: Bob's Burgers remained the utility player in Fox's slowly weakening Sunday comedy lineup, filling in at 9:30 after the Mulaney debacle and shoved to 7:30 whenever the network had something else for 9:30. Its average at 9:30 was actually only a couple tenths higher than at 7:30, making the 7:30 airings generally more impressive. This is not a significantly different situation than last year; this year, it aired 12 eps at 9:30 and nine at 7:30, while last year it was 11 apiece at 8:30 and 7:00. If anything, the overall situation was probably easier this year, but it was jerked back and forth so often that it probably cancels some of that out. Grade: C.
