War of 18-49 Update, Rizzoli and Isles (2014-15)

Rating the Ratings: Though Rizzoli and Isles was once again outshone in the 18-49 ratings by a TNT Sunday drama (The Last Ship), the series churned out another potent campaign in 2014-15 with a drop that isn't that bad by cable standards. Its brief return in the winter was considerably weaker than the summer run, but it wasn't weaker than usual; the year-to-year drop was almost identical in both segments of the season. It's back for season six starting tonight. Grade: B.
