To quickly clarify what events are considered "Question-worthy" this season: expect a Question for the vast majority of scripted series premieres on broadcast. Returnee Questions will pretty much be limited to significant timeslot moves (upcoming examples include The Blacklist, The Night Shift and Undateable) and a select few generally high-interest things like TGIT. This probably isn't a huge reduction since I cut out a lot of the lower-intrigue returnee games in 2014 already. Just wanted to formalize it to reduce potential confusion.
One thing I am strongly considering dropping this year is the previews after huge football games (this year, that'd be Scorpion this Sunday and The Blacklist in a couple weeks). While they are high-rated events, these games have seemed kinda unpopular historically because they're largely a crapshoot based on football-related factors. And from my end, there are some annoying logistical inconveniences with these games (having to release and close them early). But if anyone really wants to go to bat for them, I will listen.
In other news, check back later today for the return of First Two Weeks. The Galavant post will be open all weekend.

I second dropping the post-football show Questions. Because they so rarely provide a long-term benefit (kudos to Grey's Anatomy riding that wave into still being a hit almost 10 years later), they feel more like entertainment specials a la The Sound of Music Live! Of course, CBS and especially NBC hope that Scorpion and The Blacklist respectively buck that trend.
Sucks that I'm going to miss any Questions for the first week of February. Can I just preemptively say Under for any of those, or Scandal if it's a Scandal/Blacklist Q spread? :-P
7th place! Woo hoo! Even if it is a pretty modest 7th place. A 58% is technically an F in school, but first place on has a D+, so I shouldn't feel *too* bad
The questions out of sporting events are harder, but I still like them. Especially since Spot usually gives an interesting and informative history of super bowl and Championship lead outs.
.
I think that iZombie, Fresh Off The Boat, and CSI: Cyber deserve questions. Maybe a question for the final CSI. It's an iconic series that I don't think has ever had a question about it
I would imagine that iZombie and CSI: Cyber would become a Q. The former will be the first example of The Flash attempting to launch a new show and it's the midseason show The CW apparently likes more than any other bullets in the chamber. The latter is the ultra-rare third spin-off of a franchise that the network hopes is still viable enough to launch something from (other examples include NCIS: New Orleans and Law & Order: Trial By Jury). To think, if CBS hadn't rescued JAG in 1996 and NBC not revisited Law & Order's CBS pilot in 1989...
Fresh off the Boat is a touch more complicated since it's getting two previews in ABC's comedy block but that's Spot issue to address and not mine. That'll also make First Two Weeks interesting since we'll either have three or four data points. :-)
I would rather have a Question on Monday's episode of Scorpion.
