Renew(Confident). Its a procedural on CBS that lost only a tenth even though its lead in was 2.2 points weaker.
Bionic Woman. FlashForward.
It's not impossible to happen, it's just that it is unlikely.
If only choices were "renew" and "cancel", I'd vote renew too, of course.
But with Spot's points system, we have a game of percentages here. So I'll wait for one more spin, as it might change percentages significantly.
Renew (confident).
I think his point is that if it drops 0.5 today despite the low 3s that TBBT reruns lead-in provide, then it could potentially drop much more with The Millers, which is a fair point I must say.
Renew (Confident)
Renew (confident), but the closest call so far.

Renew (Not Confident). There are far too many long-term issues with Millers and 2 Broke Girls, but the clear love the Eye's giving does show a chance.

CBS is pushing this one and it's their most promising newbie so far. They've got to renew something.
Renew (confident). CBS has got to renew something, and the results from other newbies are already underwhelming
Bionic Woman and Flashforward were both serials. Being procedural in nature will help

I was going to go with not confident, but this is true...Of course it's possible that it could collapse, but I think even a steep decline would let it live. And it is distributed/produced by CBS...

I would really like another data point. I can't see this sustaining itself after TBBT moves, but that may just be my wishful thinking. Seriously, when 2BG kicks off the night with a 1.8 (generous?), this show won't get a 1.5 - on a CBS week night at 9pm, good luck with that renewal. The only reasons I can't go confident is (a) Week 2 didn't really drop, discounting my theory (b) CBS will rejig the schedule to protect it from catastrophe, they seem invested in its success.
Cancel (Not Confident)
Renew (Confident). I'm not so sure about the long term longetitivity of this show, but I can't see CBS cutting all three freshman dramas.

Renew (not confident).
CBS mondays will change a lot and right now is under a very compatible blanket, it'll lead-out 2BG and underperforming Millers from nov-jan, then Mom.
Cancel (confident)
Renew (Confident). I think that Scorpion isn't so lead in dependant, it will fall with the shift of lead in but is going to be still good for the CBS (good enough to score a renew at least)

Two of three things went in my favor. But, unfortunately, that's not good enough.
1. Scorpion did drop more than half a point in 3rd episode.
2. NCIS: New Orleans did hold well in Week 3, and soon it should beat Scorpion on weekly basis.
3. But Stalker went down to 1.7 already in Week 2.
Stalker is currently big 8 tenths behind Scorpion, and even if Scorpion would lose another half a point when TBBT is out of Monday picture (and I expect it will lose so much, but it's not given), that's still not enough for Stalker to catch Scorpion. If it was a bit less than .8, I'd risk speculative "cancel".
