Cancel (confident), obviously.

I'm curious how much of its week to week growth was due just to rounding. Not that it matters...

Funny thing is it probably will go up this week again, to 1.2 or 1.3. On Sunday Mulaney will have *both* Family Guy original lead-in (which it had in premiere), and NFL overrun (which helped Mulaney in its 2nd episode). And it's again the Cowboys (vs the Giants), so entire Fox Sunday lineup should do fine on 10/19.
On 10/26 Fox airs World Series Game 5. And on 11/2 they would be wise to not air Mulaney, as it probably would get around 0.6.
In any case, I expect it will be cancelled or moved to burn off timeslot before 11/9. Perhaps Bob's Burgers goes to 9:30 PM in November. But Bordertown comes in that timeslot in midseason, so do they want to move Bob multiple times during the same season? Not sure really, but there's possibility Fox would air Family Guy repeats at 9:30 PM until Bordertown is ready.

Holy Cancel Confident, Mr. Reilly!
I believe they aired the Cleveland Show at 7:00, 8:30, and 9:30 as well as its usual 7:30 timeslot during its final season. So don't rule out timeslot jerk arounds for Bob's Burgers
Cancel (Confident). Dads would have even done better.
Note: Not saying they should have renewed Dads
Probably would've gotten better numbers in the slot this season, so maybe.

It's got a positive trend, and it's on FOX! How can you rule it out?
...actually quite easily at that level. Cancel (Confident).
