The only way this isn't getting renewed is if ABC goes out of business entirely by the end of the year.

And gets my vote to be first axed show this fall. Copy/paste from my yesterday's (as usual, too lengthy) comment:
ABC's Manhattan Love Story was *not* adjusted up from 0.9. While it is
ABC Studios show like Trophy Wife was, TW didn't drop bellow 1.1 until
late January. Then my money is on "Manhattan" being the first show axed
this season. Mulaney not to have that "honor" - I think Fox will want to
see what Mulaney does on NFL-fueled Sunday first, and they also might
choose to burn it off (Sun 7/7:30 PM, or maybe Friday), instead of
straight out cancel it. While "Manhattan" will be pulled any minute, at
most one more episode (if they need time to figure out how to revamp
Tuesday). Only question is if Selfie goes with MLS, or stays on air a
bit more.

The other day I've actually forgotten it's a rookie show, so good ratings are.
This will be renewed even in the case of ebola outbreak and/or zombie apocalypse.

Did the First Two Weeks post early just in case it gets pulled between now and Tuesday?
Renew (Confident)
Cancel (Confident), and probably the first of the season at that.
Renew (Confident), obviously.
Did Spot put this one up a few days early in case the show got canned before next week?

I'm kind of surprised ABC hasn't already given How to Get Away with Murder the green light for season 2. Then again, under Paul Lee the network hasn't done early pickups.

What's interesting is that if it had hung another 1.5 in week 2 a lot of us would probably defer or be not confident. Essentially self-starting in the face of The Voice (and The Flash) could have made ABC thought it could hang though. But unless the remaining audience is exclusively 18 year olds that would drive the median age lower for the network, losing that 1 before the decimal point is the kiss of death here.

Renew (Confident). I'm a little concerned about the "Follwing-esque" episode count is bad for season 2's chances of success, but I see no reason it won't be renewed. A legal drama skewing over 30% young!? Harry's Law and The Good Wife would kill for that
Trophy Wife waited until March to be the ABC produced comedy to go sub 1, MLS will have no such chance. I think it might not be pulled right away due to lack of an obvious replacements, ABC already has it preempted on October 28th, so it probably airs next two non sweeps weeks
.
Oh yeah, Cancel (Confident)!

Renew confident. And by the way I am in love with this show
