- Bumped to the 8/7c hour for the first time all season, Shark Tank (1.7) tied a season low, but this was still noticeably above the 1.3 for last year's finale night 8/7c original. Bumping Tank was a two-hour tribute to Barbara Walters (1.6), which did about the same number as recent 20/20 results, and a little worse than Shark Tank at 9/8c.
- CBS wrapped up its drama lineup last week, and the dramas still airing on the season's final Friday had mixed results. NBC's Grimm (1.3) was unable to benefit, but Hannibal (0.9) was up. And the Hart of Dixie finale (0.4) actually held on to its outright best result since the Friday move.

NBC Friday reminds me of CBS Wednesday. The unscripted option and scripted drama both go back and forth with which is higher rated and the 10 pm option does worse than it should be doing theoretically, but makes up for it by clearly having its own audience from its different skew (either younger or older)
Got to feel that both ABC shows would have been higher if it had been Shark Tank (r) / Shark Tank / Barbara Walters: Her Story. But Tank will probably adjust up to just tie its season low instead of setting a new one.
Amazing. I have always assumed since about 1978 (1st year my family got cable) that all activity on the TV except personal demographics was tabulated via the box. I used to joke that if you routinely watched porn via PPV that you'd get targeted ads in primetime eventually.
I am normally right about everything. Just ask my kids ;-)
I guess I need to do a random google everyday and catch up.
