I think The Voice comes in at or just shy of last spring's premiere rating. Olympics promotion will keep it from going much lower than that. And since it stayed around 3.0 even with the lower late-season Voice lead-in, a spike back to low 3's should be a realistic goal for The Blacklist.

I too think Voice will hold with last Spring's result, 4.8. Those premieres do well still, though the hiatus is shorter than ever before, but earlier than DST.
So can Blacklist get a 3.2? It only has done so three times after Voice. A 3.0 is more probable.
I think it's more likely that one or both of these underachieving than both overachieving to get to that 8.0 total.
