My gut says Hart of Dixie matches its late-season 0.5 and Beauty and the Beast drops a tick to 0.4 on a new night with a worse lead-in. I could see BatB holding its Thursday 0.5 for the premiere, as it didn't seem all that compatible with its TVD lead-in skew-wise. And we've seen some other movers like Revolution and Hawaii Five-0 hold up fairly well, at least for the premiere.

An over would not surprise me, but it's safer to go under. My guess is a 0.8/0.9.

One of the lessons of the early part of the season is that the "throwaway" lineups are always even more disastrous than the previous ratings suggest they'll be. If you bail on a night, so will the viewers.
So if thematically similar Gossip Girl & 90210 couldn't even clear this lower, why should mismatched Hart of Dixie & Beauty and the Beast?
