Rating the Ratings: Burn Notice ended its stellar seven-season run in a very familiar position as its network's top drama. But at this point, that may say more about the other USA dramas than about Burn Notice itself. Burn's final season made relatively little noise, starting with a couple 1.2's, settling at around a 1.0 for most of the mid-section, and then only getting up to a 1.16 and 1.28 in the last couple episodes. The 1.28 was not one of the most impressive spikes for a pre-announced series finale, actually falling just shy of the summer 2012 finale's 1.31. Grade: C-.
