Spotted Ratings, Thursday 9/19/13

WHAT MATTERS:

• Trimmed to one hour, The X Factor dipped, but a finals uptick kept it in the twos. It led into pilot encores of Dads and Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

• A week before its comedy expansion takes place in originals, CBS won the pre-premiere Thursday with all repeats, keyed by 8:00 and 9:00 The Big Bang Theory episodes.

• After Thursday Night Football pre-emptions were taken out, The Million Second Quiz got a two-tick bump for its two-hour finale, but I still don't see this as a particularly worthy returnee.
