Rating the Ratings: It was another relative yawner of a season for the strongest show on CBS Sunday, which was down right around 10% year-to-year for most of the season. That rate of decline means the show picked up just a tick in A18-49+. With CBS producing yet another phoned-in Sunday sked for fall 2013, the pressure will remain on the Race to do most of the demo heavy lifting. Grade: B-.
