Rating the Ratings: Secret Life concluded its two-year meltdown with an average right around 0.5, and it unspooled most of its final run of episodes during an otherwise quiet time of the calendar for ABC Family. The show that really put ABC Family on the map ended up leaving the sked as one of its lowest-rated shows. But it avoids a failing grade for the final season because, unlike last week's failure, it did draw a sizable audience back for the finale. It was a bit of a gamble for ABC Family to launch newbie The Fosters after a show that had been sub-0.5, but it paid off as Secret Life spiked to 1.50 million viewers and a 0.8. Grade: D.
