The Question, Sunday 6/16/13: Can True Blood Hold Off the Bleeding Again?

Nothing on TV these days has settled into a ratings groove quite like HBO's vampire drama True Blood. It's amazingly continued to hold onto virtually the same ratings over the last three seasons, even though the buzz and critical acclaim seem to have waned. Last season was as consistent as it gets on TV, with every single rating falling somewhere from 2.6 to 2.9. It's back for another bite tonight. Can True Blood hold off the bleeding again? As amazing as this run has been, when I look at virtually every other show on TV I have to assume it's still more likely to drop than not. And it seems like Game of Thrones has become the big buzz epicenter on the network. I expect to miss this one big; either it's finally lost a step and it falls hard, or it just keeps defying gravity and hangs another 3.0ish number. But I'm going in the middle with a relatively small drop.
