War of 18-49 Update, Leverage (2012)

Let's take a look at the 2012 season (the fifth and final overall) of Leverage on TNT.

Rating the Ratings: Though Leverage was one of TV's most consistent shows over the last few years, its ratings were never high enough to give it much of a cushion. A downturn seemed rather inevitable after many of its peers on USA and TNT struggled early in the summer, and indeed, it finally happened. It got no help from TNT's scheduling; it had to air much of its summer run in the little-used 8:00 hour, and then in the fall it was paired with the rather incompatible Rizzoli & Isles. But the downturn was hard to deny, and the winter level in particular proved unsustainable for a veteran drama on TNT. Grade: C-.
