New Girl came back right at last season's finale numbers, and it did so with a much worse lead-in than Glee was last year. So that's roughly what I'm expecting from Raising Hope. While Hope's finale last year had a New Girl lead-in, the show was pretty resilient in its turn at 8:00 last season. It posted three straight 2.1's after New Girl and then had a 2.1 in its 8/7c debut. Even in what has been a pretty brutal opening week of the season, most of the 8:00 shows have at least been able to premiere somewhat better than last year's post-DST numbers, and Hope was a mid-to-upper 1's show at 8:00 after DST.
Over/Under: 1.85.

I think B&K and Mindy will plummet 10-20% from their pilots, not too sure how much of that will affect New Girl (which will be down too...)
Under. Even though it's the only sitcom in the hour, I think Hope's fallen too far.
Damn, that's exactly what I was going to guess. Hmm . . . well, I like the show, so I'll be optimistic and pick the over with 1.9.
Toughie. I'll go w/ under, but just barely.
Over. Think New Girl & Mindy will be enough over 2 to offset the 8-9 hour.
Under, maybe even as low as 1.5.
Last season Raising Hope held 2/3 retention out of New Girl. Now that NG is bellow 3.0, I can see RH bellow 2.0. Should it remaind in protected 9:30 PM slot, I'd say slightly less. But it's at lower HUT 8PM now, plus no good lead-in anymore.
