Rating the Ratings: In the opening six weeks or so of the Hell's Kitchen season, it looked like it was just yet another reality series to take a fairly substantial decline. (You can see that in the Tuesday numbers, which were mostly from that period.) Then in mid-July or so, the Summer of Ramsay kicked in. That show and MasterChef picked up big in the weeks leading into the Olympics, then didn't really miss a beat afterwards. It left the show down about 7% for the summer in total, but trending better than that for most of the stretch run. Grade: B.
