Just need to ask your opinion. I love CSI, I've seen every episode and I'm looking forward to Season 14 in September, but can I ask, is it embarrasing for the show to be pulling this low after achieving double digit figures in adults 18-49s and over 20-30 million viewers on a regular basis years ago? I think it's still good for a show this far in the game, but still, CSI was a force a nature and now it's barely making an impact.
I don't think so. It's only natural. If it were dropping 30% per year like American Idol, you could argue it's a different story, but I don't really believe that a long post-prime period detracts from a show's legacy. (Which is why the Career A18-49+ stat is designed so that you can never move DOWN in tiers.)
