Rating the Ratings: It was another yawner of a season for Criminal Minds, which dropped somewhere between 0% and 4% for the fourth straight season. And that's just how CBS likes it. The show did have a bit of an abnormally rough winter/spring, frequently down 10%+ year-to-year during those months and dropping beneath 3.0 for just the second and third times in series history, but it got some major redemption with its big 3.6 demo finale, up by 9% year-to-year. Grade: B.
