Rating the Ratings: Hey, a show that's up! Unfortunately, the traditional year-to-year comparison isn't quite fitting here since the show aired in the dreaded 7:30 timeslot for much of 2010-11. American Dad! looked like about the same show it's been in the 9:30 timeslot in past years, finishing just shy of the league average (100 A18-49+). Its fall ratings (more apples-to-apples since it aired at 9:30 in fall 2010) were down about 8% year-to-year. Next year, it's again at 9:30 out of Family Guy. Grade: B-.
