WHAT MATTERS:

• Fox won the evening with their third UFC telecast of the season, but its 1.2 demo was drastically weaker than the first two (a 3.0 on November 12 and a 2.4 on January 28).

• Broadcast as a whole was down nearly 50% year-to-year. ABC had the NBA playoffs on this evening a year ago, and Fox was a lot stronger with NASCAR.
