- From a schedule standpoint, this was pretty much the last "normal" Sunday of the season. Desperate Housewives was back for the first time in four weeks, albeit in fairly underwhelming fashion as it begins the charge to the finale. That certainly helped GCB relative to its numbers after the Titanic miniseries, but a finals drop took it a tick below where it last rated post-Housewives.
- CBS had another bad evening as the penultimate The Amazing Race rated two tenths below any previous result this season except for the one against Oscar on February 26. The Good Wife signed off for the season tying a low. And CBS must be questioning whether they want to burn next week's two-hour Race finale lead-in on NYC 22, which shed a couple tenths in week three.

For NYC 22 to have made it this far must mean some sort of penalty that makes it worthwhile to eat the episodes in-season. But I think we're at the point where the lost ad dollars is too much. (not to mention that I bailed after last week)
