- We knew not to expect much when ABC scheduled the first three hours of its Titanic miniseries on Saturday night, and the show met those non-expectations. It hit a 0.8 demo in five of the six half-hours (and a 0.7 at 8:30).
- For the trivia buffs, Escape Routes dropped back to lowest-big-four-demo-ever territory, joining its debut from two weeks earlier (plus a July 4, 2009 episode of Kings) at the 0.2 level.
- Fox had a significantly above-average NASCAR race and outrated the combined competition in each of the first three half-hours. On NASCAR evenings, Fox looks like a genius for scaling back Cops and going sports on Saturday. We'll see if that remains the case when baseball becomes the usual option.

How do you know this? I've been looking for NASCAR demos and couldn't find any...
I just meant compared to the other primetime ones.
Oh, ok. That makes sense...
