- Though Fox was well-above average thanks to a slightly down year-to-year Cotton Bowl, amazingly all originals on the other four nets were up from the last original. CBS' A Gifted Man began its quest to make things interesting in 2012 with an outright series high, while several other shows tied season highs (Supernatural, Nikita and CSI: NY).
