- Fox's The X Factor hit another new Wednesday performance low in its Wednesday finale. The net did get a week four rally from I Hate My Teenage Daughter, which got back to near its second week levels in about as uncompetitive a timeslot as you could possibly ask for. Could that be enough for Fox to go through with airing the show after Idol this spring?
- The only other originals on this low-viewed Wednesday were NBC's Who's Still Standing?, which finished right in the middle of its Monday and Tuesday ratings, and CBS' A Home For the Holidays, always one of the weakest holiday specials. It couldn't even beat an encore of NBC's A Michael Buble Christmas, which first ran to a 1.5 two weeks ago.
