- With NBC and Fox basically sitting out the evening from an entertainment programming standpoint, it felt like a chance for originals on CW and CBS to capitalize. Instead, it was a particularly brutal evening, with CSI: NY and Blue Bloods both hitting outright season lows (the former by 0.2) and Nikita and Supernatural tying season lows.
- It doesn't look like Fox did much with the Pac-12 Championship Game, which finished behind almost all of ABC's Saturday Night Football telecasts this season. And NBC was invisible with another edition of Family Movie Night, as this installment (Game of Your Life) tied the franchise's worst showing ever.
