Spotted Ratings, Wednesday 10/5/11


WHAT MATTERS:
  • It was another relatively boring day on broadcast as everything settles down. The only really big mover in either direction was H8R (down by two tenths to tie its low).
  • Among new shows: Suburgatory had a very good week two dropping just 6%. Revenge somewhat unsettlingly lost another three tenths in week three (though its Happy Endings lead-in also lost three tenths). Up All Night stopped the bleeding and rebounded by two tenths, now just 0.1 shy of its timeslot premiere two weeks ago.
  • A special Raising Hope did significantly worse than in its typical Wednesday Tuesday home. (Thanks James for correction.) Fox probably anticipated coming into the season that this would be an opportunity to give the show exposure after a big lead-in, but The X Factor's average at 9:30 is probably only a few ticks better than Tuesday's New Girl (4.3).
