- Almost everything was down less than 10% or even on this relatively boring third Tuesday of the season. New Girl topped Tuesday for a third straight week.
- The only really bad news came on the CW, where 90210 and Ringer both took week-to-week drops, with Ringer's terribly ugly. For the fourth-year 90210, an upward finals adjustment took it out of outright series low territory, but it still tied its lowest rating ever. The Biggest Loser also dipped to a series low.
- The only week-to-week gainer was Body of Proof, up two tenths and making up half of its big week two drop.
