Spotted Ratings, Friday 8/19/11 (FINALS)

WHAT MATTERS:

• Local NFL preemptions significantly drove much of the programming down from its preliminary levels. Fox's national NFL game (1.4) won the evening but was a couple tenths weaker than last week's game.

• Week two of ABC's Karaoke Battle USA (0.8) was significantly weaker than the two ABC programs sandwiching it, the Shark Tank encore (1.1) and 20/20 (1.1). Fellow burnoff Friends with Benefits on NBC saw both episodes even week-to-week at an anemic 0.5.

• The last CBS airing of Flashpoint pulled a 1.0 demo, slightly down from last week.
